ISA’s Intro’s its new Skinny Model
Designed to be the most open and flexible program yet, ISA debuts a model that can be built on lots as narrow as 13′ in Postgreen’s Skinny Project. One of the three homes will be built with the Skinny floorplan, while the other two have the option of a 2 or 3 bedroom Loft model as well.
Exterior solar shading on all exterior windows according to sun studies is now standard on all Postgreen Homes. Shading direct sunlight properly via these shades prevent the sun’s energy from heating the homes during the summer and can cut cooling bills by as much as 75%.
Postgreen uses Passive House level air sealing details on the envelopes of their homes to make them 5 times tighter than the average new construction home. This translates into lower energy bills for the homeowner and no uncomfortable drafts.
