We’re thrilled to be getting this effort out of the ground.  Chad and I met each other in March at a Habitat for Humanity conference in Philadelphia and have been looking for a collaborative opportunity ever since.  Our office, ISA, has explored a series of approaches to dealing with the unique opportunities and challenges of the Philadelphia residential environment. A pre-cursor to taking on market-rate housing was our Sheridan Street Housing project which will provide 13 LEED Gold, affordable houses in North Philadelphia to break ground by summer 2008. We expect lessons from this experience to inform our work with Postgreen.
