I had no idea we were in this art publication until today when Greg La Vardera (of LamiDesign Stock Homes, Materialicious and now Workalicious fame) Tweeted it to us and then forwarded to me in an email. If you are familiar with the current status of the project you will notice a lot of errors or outdated info but it’s good press nonetheless. The biggest error is telling people that they can buy the home for $100K which is becoming a common misconception. Check out the article on phillyartmatters.com if you have a chance and let us know what you think. This is the same journalist that is working on a Philly Biz Journal article that will come out later this year that we are pretty excited about also.

I have to admit that I wondered if people might assume that the house was going to be sold for 100K. I have followed the blog close enough to know this was not the case, but I could see how someone could easily make that assumption after a quick visit to the site.
I also think people could easily assume that the 120K corner lot house is the 100K house. The 100K house is barely visible in the renderings of the front of the two houses. It sure would be nice to see a rendering of the front of the 100K house.
