Welcome to the first of hopefully a long running series of educational videos we like to call “Marker Time.” I guess you could say this is our take on the UPS Whiteboard style of presenting. In this segment we talk about Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) in the 120K House compared to the average new construction house. The topic is on materials only this time around. The second IAQ video will discuss how the ventilation design in the 120K House further improves the overall Indoor Air Quality.

As you can see by the video, the materials related IAQ goal in the design of the 120K House is to eliminate as many sources of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) and Formaldehyde as possible that could poison the air for years to come.
