There is just under one week left on our subscriber only promotional sale of the 120K House. It will end on Wednesday, Oct 1st when we list it for sale on the MLS. My wife and Realtor is planning to raise the price by $10K – $15K when she lists and we will also be taking away the transportation package (bike, tokes & Philly Car Share) at that point.
The economy is in shambles but we know you’re too smart to have your job threatened. What better time to buy an economical house that will ensure low cost of ownership for years to come and some of the highest appreciation potential in the Philadelphia area?

Pre-sales for an unestablished semi-custom homebuilder are a near impossibilty, in my experience. You guys have built up such a buzz that you may have more luck, but chances are you will need the first one built before you’ll get a contract for the second.
I do not disagree Kevin. In this case, we did not have high hopes for selling online only. It is something we want to do for every home in the future so we felt the need to follow through with the concept on this project to show that we are serious about it.
We want to sell our homes to those that are following the progress of the blog and are willing to give higher incentives and lower prices to those individuals.
