In this case, we did not have high hopes for selling online only. It is something we want to do for every home in the future so we felt the need to follow through with the concept on this project to show that we are serious about it. We want to sell our homes to those that are following the progress of the blog and are willing to give higher incentives and lower prices to those individuals. I do not disagree Kevin. You guys have built up such a buzz that you may have more luck, but chances are you will need the first one built before you'll get a contract for the second.
