Well, none of you decided to buy the 120K House from the blog directly, so we had to go ahead and list it with the Stokes Group. You can see the official MLS Listing here.
We didn’t have high hopes for selling online only since a lot of our readers are not in Philly and very few are probably in the market to buy at this time. We did go ahead with the promotion because we feel strongly about offering a better deal on all future homes to our followers prior to listing with a Realtor. We needed to carry it out with our first project to show that we are serious.
