We are very proud of our architects, Interface Studio Architects (ISA), for taking away four awards at last week’s Philadelphia AIA Awards for Design Excellence. The first award is the 2008 Philadelphia Emerging Architecture Prize which they will be accepting tonight at one of the closing events for the Design Philadelphia series. The event is being put on by Innovation Philadelphia and will be at the Center for Architecture at 1218 Arch St, Philadelphia, PA. See more about the event and RSVP here.

The other three awards were Honors for the unbuilt category. Each of the three projects is linked below. I think you’ll recognize at least one of them. Congrats ISA and keep up the great work!

Actually you could say we won 5 awards from the AIA. Daryn Edwards AIA LEED AP of our office won the coveted Young Architect award. although this is his award, we consider it an award for the office in addition. So lets see if we can get an AIA award in the built category next year for 100K or the 120K house or both

Thanks for the correction. I did not realize he won that award. Congrats to Daryn!
