		<description>This is SO exciting, and happening in Philly!  Congratulations on this accomplishment!!  I was also excited to see that your partner is EOS.  We are in the process of getting a formal estimate  on solar from them for our home.  I can&#039;t believe the Passive Project only needs a 2khw solar array.  Our near 100-year old, 1200 sf home requires more than twice that.  Gives perspective on how insulated and efficient this home is.</description>
