		<description>Oh sure, as I reload this page to check again, it loads. Watched it, and liked it for the basic overview that it is. I would be interested in future videos, about how some of the options are chosen for inclusion. You touched on that briefly, but I think it could stand a little more explaining. i.e. you have a line item cost for materials and installation, and these are the materials (options) that don&#039;t exceed those limits, the economically viable local materials, and or suppliers, etc.</description>
