so whats the paint code for the dark blue on the wall? also how are the adjoining the pieces of birch on the floor, are they t&g ing everything by hand then glueing down the floor?

Is there really no hood vent for the range or is it just hidden? I know you where looking at a number of options including a ceiling mounted filter grill.

I went to see the 100K Houses few weeks ago and they look impressive. I am also intrigued by the use of exterior panels with
interesting graphic patterns…they looks like cement board of sorts.
Could you tell me more about them and how the graphic images
are imprinted on them ? Thanks !

Thanks for the compliments on the lighting. We’re very happy and there is an extra lighting location above the bar with the sink for a customer supplied pendant light if desired.

There is no roof access, but I did snap some photos of the roof and view today which should make an upcoming post shortly.

Beautiful execution featuring economical and attractive natural materials…(OSB and Birch plywood)

I’m very impressed with the use of OSB as a finished floor material…and wall material…I’m curious how you are detailing the attachment of these materials…

also I’m curious about the Birch flooring which seems to be made with birch plywood..?
