Skinny Project Sales Update

We are nearing the end of our pre-build organizational process (sounds important doesn’t it) and the Skinny Project ground breaking is fast approaching. Everyone over here at Postgreen is very excited about this project and the way in which it incorporates lessons from both the Passive House and LEED experiences. We also have seen some changes to our plans and processes which we will be discussing in plenty of detail as the project moves forward. We think that these changes will lead to a quicker, smoother build, and we are anxious to prove ourselves right.

Fortunately, we aren’t the only ones excited about this project. The first buyers for the Skinny Project just climbed aboard. They picked up the corner house and made a couple of great upgrade choices on the Postgreen Homes website. I am particularly into the concrete countertop they chose and can’t wait to see it in place.

If you’re in the market for a home in Philly or you just want to see what the possibilities are, check out the Skinny Project customization at postgreenhomes.com. There are still two homes available in the project but with any luck that will be changing soon. Let us know what you think about the project and the customization tool in the comments.

If you enjoyed reading this post I can promise you'll love our new writing over at Postgreen Homes. Yeah, we know that's the same thing your favorite band said and their new album is nowhere near as good as their early stuff, but seriously, we are actually still getting better.

There also isn't much conversation to be had here . . . at least not with us. So come on over to the Postgreen Homes Blog and tell us what you think of our new(ish) digs and crazy ideas. We will be sure to tell you what we think of your opinion.
